Product
What is a product configurator?
A tool on your website that lets visitors design their own product: model, colours, materials and options. They instantly see a photorealistic image of the result and then send a quote request with all their choices.
What is the difference between 2D and 3D?
2D uses photorealistic renders from fixed viewpoints: it looks like a product photo and loads very fast. 3D is an interactive model you can walk around and place in your own garden with AR. 3D is available in the Premium plan.
Does the configurator show prices?
No. Your customer chooses and requests a quote, and you set the price. That keeps you in touch with every request.
Can I decide which options are shown?
Yes. Switch off the options you don’t sell, so you only get requests for what you actually offer.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The configurator works on phones, tablets and desktops. The 2D version loads fast even on older phones.
Can I order 3D already?
Yes. The 3D configurator is available in the Premium plan and you can order it now. We are still expanding the 3D demo.
How realistic are the images?
They are photorealistic renders of your own product. They look like professional product photos, not a drawing or a stock 3D model.
Can my customer share their design?
Yes, via a link or WhatsApp. This is included in Pro and Premium.

Installation and technology
Does it work on my website?
Yes. There is a WordPress plugin with a shortcode. On any other site, such as Wix, Webflow, Squarespace or a custom build, you paste one line of embed code.
How quickly is it live?
Installing it yourself takes about 10 minutes. If you want us to do it, it costs €299 one-off, or nothing on a yearly plan.
Will it slow down my website?
No. Images load as lightweight WebP files, and only when the configurator comes into view.
Where do the requests go?
Every request arrives in your inbox with all choices and an image of the design. On Pro and Premium you can also see them in your dashboard.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Start lets you choose your logo and one brand colour. Pro and Premium also let you change colours, font and copy, and remove the Primvion label.
Do I need to code anything?
No. With WordPress you install a plugin and place one shortcode. On other websites you paste one line of code. Prefer us to do it? That is €299 one-off.
Do I get insight into what visitors do?
Yes. On Pro and Premium your dashboard shows how many visitors start the configurator, finish it and send a request, and which options are most popular. You can also measure it in your own Google Analytics.

Pricing and plans
How much does Primvion cost?
From €149 per month on a yearly plan. Monthly, cancel-anytime plans start at €199 per month. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I try it first?
Yes, every plan comes with a 14-day free trial.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan can be cancelled every month. A 6-month or yearly plan runs for the agreed period and comes with a discount.
What does a custom build cost?
Custom builds start from €2,495 one-off, depending on the number of options and images needed. After that your configurator runs on a regular plan.
Are prices including VAT?
No, all prices on this website exclude VAT.
What does installation cost?
If you want us to install the configurator for you, it costs €299 one-off. It is free on a yearly plan and always included with Premium.
What is the difference between Start, Pro and Premium?
Start is a strong 2D configurator with your logo and one brand colour. Pro adds your full branding, no Primvion label, quote PDF, conversion tracker and sharing via link or WhatsApp. Premium adds 3D with AR, CRM integration, drop-off insights, a monthly report and priority support.
Why is a yearly plan cheaper?
With a yearly plan you commit for a year, so you get the lowest monthly price, free installation and a price guarantee. A 6-month plan saves 10%, and monthly is the most flexible.

Custom builds and industries
Which industries is Primvion for?
Our focus is construction and outdoor-building companies: patio covers, carports, garden buildings, windows and doors. But anything you sell made-to-measure can be made configurable.
My product is not listed. Is it still possible?
Yes. With a custom build we create a configurator for your product. Tell us what your customer can choose and we will send a quote.
How is a custom build priced?
Based on the number of images needed: a base image plus every option in every position. You get a quote before we start.
How long does a custom build take?
That depends on the number of options and images. We state the lead time in the quote.

Webshops and integrations
Does it work with Shopify or WooCommerce?
Technically yes. An embed code works on almost any website, and WooCommerce runs on WordPress. We are happy to discuss a deeper store integration with you.
Can it connect to my CRM?
Premium includes a CRM integration. We discuss which system you use in a demo.
Does it work on Wix, Webflow or Squarespace?
Yes. You paste one line of embed code on your page.

Privacy and cookies
Do you use cookies?
We only use necessary storage, for example to remember your cookie choice. We only enable analytics cookies if you give consent. You can change your choice at any time at the bottom of the page.
What happens to my customers’ data?
